The City's IT department is currently working to improve the system to better serve the public.

***  If you would like to enter a plea of Guilty or No Contest, waive your right to trial by jury or by judge, accept a conviction of the violation, and pay your citation using a debit/credit card, you can pay online at  https://www.govrec.com/main-page.
On the self-pay portal, you can search for your citation by entering your citation number or by entering your first name, last name, and date of birth.  Please BE SURE you are on the "Web Version" when searching the pay portal for your citation.
*** NOTICE...... the card processing company charges a 5% service fee on ALL card transactions whether paying online, by phone, or in person.
